About

Partly skimmed milk is cow's milk from which part of the fat has been removed. The term is used on Canadian drinking milk: the bilingual bag of Sealtest 2% milk lists it first in its ingredients as "Partly skimmed milk" and "Lait partiellement écrémé", with the fat level stated on the front as 2% M.F.[1]
