About
Milk solids is the food ingredient labelling term for powdered milk, the dairy product made by evaporating milk to dryness.[1] Australian chocolate labels use it as a single entry where European lists for the same products name dried skimmed milk, whey powder and milk fat separately; the Australian label of the 175 g Terry's Chocolate Orange lists it second and declares milk solids 20 % minimum.[2]
