Malted milk powder, also called malted milk or malt powder, is a powder made from malted barley, wheat flour and evaporated whole milk powder, used to flavour drinks and other foods and in baking.[1] The Canadian Mars bar label of 2019 declared its own malted milk powder as malted barley, milk ingredients, sodium bicarbonate and salt, printed in English and French as "poudre de lait malté".[2]
