Guar gum

About

A thickening agent milled from the guar bean. The current label of Stabburet Leverpostei declares it in Norwegian as "guarkjernemel", inside the thickener bracket "fortykningsmiddel (agar, guarkjernemel)", and the maker's own product page prints the same wording.^[1] Its E number and dietary classification have not been researched and are left blank rather than assumed.
