Fruit juice from which most of the water has been removed by heating under vacuum, reducing its volume about five-fold for transport and storage; water is added back to make juice from concentrate.^[1] On Haribo Goldbären it is printed as "Fruchtsaft aus Fruchtsaftkonzentrat" with apple, raspberry, strawberry, orange, lemon and pineapple named.^[2]
