Fat-reduced cocoa powder

ingredient

About

Cocoa powder from which a larger share of the cocoa butter has been pressed out than in ordinary cocoa powder, used where cocoa flavour and colour are wanted without the extra fat. European labels name it "cacao maigre en poudre" in French and "magere cacaopoeder" in Dutch; both appear on the Côte d'Or Chokotoff 500 g bag.[1]
