Cocoa is the ground, partly defatted solid of the cacao bean, the ingredient that carries chocolate flavour and colour into drinks and confectionery. It is declared simply as "Cocoa" in the ingredient list of bottled Starbucks Frappuccino Mocha Light.[1]
