About

Borowik is the Polish name for a group of mushroom species in the family Boletaceae, among them borowik szlachetny, Boletus edulis.[1] Dried borowiki make up 0.2 % of Sertop's Ser topiony z borowikami processed cheese;[2] German and US shops selling it translate them as Steinpilze and porcini.[3][4]
