The current label of Stabburet Leverpostei declares it among the thickeners as "fortykningsmiddel (agar, guarkjernemel)", and the maker's own product page prints the same wording.[1] Its E number, origin and dietary classification have not been researched and are deliberately left blank rather than assumed.
