Sery topione is Sertop's line of processed cheeses, sold in 100 g foil-wrapped blocks (kostki), 140 g wheels, 150 g tubs and 130 g slices. The 100 g block is the oldest format: the maker lists fourteen flavours in it, from the flagship Złoty Ementaler to Z szynką, Z łososiem and Ze słonecznikiem, each with its own EAN under the prefix 5900746, and gives one declared composition per 100 g for the whole format - 915 kJ / 220 kcal, 16 g fat of which 11 g saturated, 7.0 g carbohydrate of which 3.0 g sugars, 12 g protein and 2.0 g salt.[1] The line is stated to be free of preservatives and gluten, and the blocks keep 180 days at +2 to +10 °C.[1] Sertop's 140 g wheel format followed in 2002 and the 130 g slices in 2018.[2]
