Sertop is the processed-cheese brand of Sertop sp. z o.o. of Tychy in Silesia. The company calls it a brand with more than sixty years of tradition and itself one of the largest processed-cheese producers in Poland, selling into most Polish retail chains and exporting to the United States, Canada, Israel, Czechia, Germany and Bulgaria.[1] Packs print the wordmark as SERTOP TYCHY in a red oval with a registered-trademark sign.[2] The brand covers melted (topione) cheeses in 100 g blocks, 140 g wheels, 150 g and 170 g tubs and 130 g slices, a high-protein range, and the fried (smażone) curd cheeses that are a Silesian speciality; its flagship is the Złoty Ementaler block, made since the 1970s.[3][4]
