Lurpak Unsalted Butter

About

The unsalted block butter in the Lurpak range, offered by the producer in three pack sizes: 200 g, 250 g and 400 g.^[1] Its ingredients are butter and lactic culture, both from milk, with a minimum fat content of 82%, and unlike the salted and slightly salted blocks of the same range it carries no added salt.^[1] The producer describes it as made from 100% fresh milk, the cream taken from the milk and churned until it turns into butter, and positions its delicate taste for cooking and baking.^[1]
