Stabburet Leverpostei Fersk is the fresh version of Norway's best-known liver pâté, sold in a 150 g plastic tub rather than the yellow tin, and described by its maker as an extra soft-spreading, flavourful take on the original.[^slp-fersk] Its recipe keeps the 31 % pork liver of the tin but uses tapioca starch in place of wheat flour, and the tub prints "Glutenfri"; anchovies make fish its one declared allergen.[^slp-fersk][^off-back] The panel on the tub gives 223 kcal and 6,1 mg of iron per 100 g, 44 % of the reference value.[^off-back] Kassalapp names Orkla Foods Norge AS as the supplier, and the tub carries the oval mark NORGE 359 EFTA of the Norwegian establishment that made it.[^kassal][^off-back]
