The Open Food Facts front upload of 2018-06-16 (2496x3328) was read directly: OLVI, III, OLUT / OL / BEER, ITSENAINEN SUOMALAINEN, the founders' signatures W. G. Aberg and Onni Aberg, OLVI-IISALMI 1878, 0,33L, 4,5 % ALK. VOL. **Evidence recorded as three observations (structure_version 2).** `front-2018` is the photographed front; `fi-retail-2026` carries the composition (Vesi, OHRAmallas, OHRAtarkkelys, humala), the allergen declarations and the per-100 ml panel as Finnish retail product data reproduces the supplier declaration; `olutopas-2026` carries the beer-guide analysis (pale lager, 10,2 EBC, 13,0 EBU) as Specifications. Olvi III is a Finnish pale lager sold in a 0,33-litre can at 4,5 % alk. vol and brewed by Olvi Oyj in Iisalmi.[^off-photo] The front of the can names the drink in three languages, olut / öl / beer, and carries the line *itsenäinen suomalainen* above the signatures of the founders W. G. Åberg and Onni Åberg.[^off-photo] Olvi brews it from Finnish malts and Bavarian hops and says it took a gold medal in Barcelona in 1991.[^olvi-oluet] Finnish retail product data gives the composition as water, barley malt, barley starch and hops, and Suomen Olutopas lists the same four raw materials with a colour of 10,2 EBC and a bitterness of 13,0 EBU.[^kalori][^olutopas]
Olvi Oyj was founded in Iisalmi in 1878 by the brewer Williams Gideon Åberg and his wife Onni, and is the largest Finnish-owned company in its sector.[^wiki-olvi] The same beer is also sold in a 0,33-litre glass bottle, a 0,568-litre can and on draught.[^olutopas] This barcode was one of the untitled entries on the 2006-2013 Barcodepedia, captured in January 2009 as "olvi 3 olut".[^archive2009]
