A 430 ml glass bottle of raspberry-flavoured dilutable syrup sold as a liquid food supplement; GPC brick 10000309 (Fruit Juice Drinks - Not Ready to Drink, Shelf Stable), since the syrup does contain raspberry juice and so falls outside the juice-free 10000202 brick. **Two label generations under one barcode, kept as separate observations.** The photographed 2024 pack names *Hoop Polska Sp. z o.o.*, ul. Wschodnia 5, Kutno, declares 3 % raspberry juice and vitamins C, niacin, B6, folic acid and B12, and prints its vitamin table per 20 ml and per 60 ml daily portion. The current label, reproduced against this GTIN by a Polish grocer, names *Ustronianka Sp. z o.o.*, Ustroń, declares 1 % raspberry juice and thiamin, vitamin B6 and biotin, and adds an energy and macronutrient panel per 100 ml and per 40 ml. The Polish register dates the change: Hoop Polska was struck off on 14 February 2024 when its whole estate passed to Ustronianka under art. 492 § 1 pt 1 KSH. Six nutrition panels were transcribed as printed, including the % RWS figures; the photographed label's missing macronutrient declaration is recorded as an exemption under Article 29(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 rather than as absent data. **A third text on the same bottle.** A Romanian importer's sticker carries the mandatory particulars in Romanian, names *Frocer Company* as distributor and prints *Produs in Polonia*. It disagrees with the Polish label beside it — it names a sulphite ammonia caramel colour the Polish list omits, and omits the five vitamins the Polish list declares — so it is kept as its own observation with status `disputed` and a research gap, not merged. **Markets.** PL sourced from the Sklep Kupiec listing (in stock, PLN 6.29, 2026-09-14) plus a second PL row for Frisco.pl, which carries the GTIN but marks it *Produkt wycofany* and shows 0,00 zł, so no price was recorded there. RO printed from the import sticker. Origin PL from *Produs in Polonia*. **Stubs.** brand/paola; company/ustronianka, company/hoop-polska and company/zmb-capital, all three with KRS and NIP numbers from the Polish register API; company/frocer-company from the pack alone. Ingredients resolved to existing entities wherever possible (black-carrot-concentrate, blackcurrant-concentrate, caramel-colour-e150d, aroma, thiamin, biotin, niacin, folic-acid, vitamin-b6, vitamin-b12 and others); only ingredient/raspberry-juice-from-concentrate and ingredient/vitamin-c were new. **Not asserted.** No `gs1_prefix_owner` and nothing written to any `gs1_prefixes` or `gs1_prefixes_inferred`: Open Food Facts shows Hoop-branded drinks under 59008050/59008051 but unrelated *Radosz* preserved-vegetable packs under 590080509, so the block is split, the prefix is longer than seven digits and its length is unknown.
