## About <!--about-->
The compound ingredient that distinguishes ColaCao from a plain cocoa powder: a malted-cereal preparation of wheat flour, barley malt extract and a natural kola-nut flavouring, declared on the pack with its three sub-ingredients in square brackets after the collective name.[^pack-ingredients] Because it carries both wheat and barley it is the source of the gluten the label emphasises in bold.
