Zuckerraffinerie Tangermünde Fr. Meyers Sohn Holding GmbH is the Hamburg holding company at the top of the food group that trades as Zertus. Its register entry at Amtsgericht Hamburg, HRB 53809, gives its seat as Zirkusweg (Astraturm) 2, 20359 Hamburg, and its purpose as the acquisition and management of shareholdings at home and abroad, in particular of ZERTUS GmbH; it files consolidated accounts for the group, most recently for the year to 31 December 2024, with 39 shareholdings listed.[^nd-holding] Its own capital is spread over many holders rather than one parent: the consolidated report published in February 2019 named 18 corporate shareholders, among them the Hamburg forwarding house Fr.
