It was registered on 20 August 2008 as Wrigley Uno New Zealand Limited, took its shorter name on 17 October 2008, and is recorded as an NZ unlimited company with its registered office care of the law firm Simpson Grierson at Level 27, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland; its address for service was the Wrigley office at Penrose.[^nzco-uno] On 3 July 2009 it became the sole shareholder of The Wrigley Co.
