Vesuvio Investments S.à r.l. is the Luxembourg company that holds PAI Partners' side of the European Pizza Group, the frozen-pizza joint venture PAI and Nestlé formed in 2023. It is a registered shareholder of European Pizza Group MidCo S.à r.l., RCS Luxembourg B278258, from 15 September 2023, and of the venture's top company, European Pizza Group TopCo S.à r.l., beside Société des Produits Nestlé S.A.[^northdata-vesuvio] Entered in the Luxembourg trade and companies register on 15 September 2020 as Immunity Investments Sàrl, it took its present name on 21 June 2023 and is seated at 53, boulevard Royal in Luxembourg City, with a share capital of 1,138,196 euro since September 2023.[^northdata-vesuvio]
