Neither cleanup flag could be settled: the shareholders of a Hong Kong private company sit in its NAR1 annual return, which only ICRIS sells, so no free source names who holds the eleven 9.09 % blocks the 2009 KommAustria decision describes, and I did not write an owned_by row or set ownership_status: no_corporate_parent on that evidence. What I checked: GLEIF has no LEI for the company (fulltext AGROTRADING returns only a Cypriot entity), so there is no registry-grade direct- or ultimate-parent record; webb-site.com, which mirrored Hong Kong registry data, shut down on 31 October 2025 and now redirects to Substack; opencorporates, hkcorporationsearch, ltddir, databasesets and Kompass are Cloudflare-walled to the fetch service, and the Wayback Machine was offline today. Bloomberg (via Fortune) and trend both say only that the family holds the 49 % through its Hong Kong company; Wikipedia's Panama Papers paragraph on Chalerm Yoovidhya says the family's Red Bull holdings run through BVI companies (Karnforth, Jerrard, JK Fly), so a corporate layer above this company cannot be excluded either. An ICRIS annual-return extract for company 0122565, or a TCP Group filing, is still what would settle it. What I did add: the Hong Kong register identity, which the page did not have — legal_name T.C. Agrotrading Company Limited (the Hong Kong register writes it as one word against the same number), the Chinese name 天書泰土產有限公司, founded 1983-03-18, business registration number 08316477 in register_ids beside HK-CR:122565, the company's own website, three new aliases, and a summary that now carries the 1983 registration. About is now a lede plus a history paragraph, with the 2020 KommAustria decision confirming the 49 % holding still stood then and the two registers' different spellings noted. New References rows: koa-2020 (KommAustria KOA 2.135/20-010), hkgbusiness and totalcredit (both republishing the Companies Registry index; read with my own web access, since the fetch service gets a Cloudflare wall there), site (tcagrotrading.com) and fortune (Bloomberg's June 2025 report). Checked company/red-bull-gmbh: it already carries the owned_by row to this company with the Firmenbuch source, so nothing to flag there. | |
