TC Agro Trading Company Ltd. is the Hong Kong company through which the Thai Yoovidhya family holds its 49 % of Red Bull GmbH.^[1][2] The Hong Kong Companies Registry index records it as T.C. Agrotrading Company Limited, Chinese name 天書泰土產有限公司, company no. 0122565, incorporated on 18 March 1983 as a private company limited by shares.^[3][4] The Austrian Firmenbuch has listed it as a shareholder of Red Bull GmbH since 29 April 1997, giving its register as Handelsregister Hongkong Nr. 122565.^[1] Its own site describes a Hong Kong business that distributes products for brand owners and lets office and retail space.^[5]

The 2009 KommAustria decision licensing Red Bull TV describes it as a private limited company seated at 71 Mody Road Tower 1 in Hong Kong, trading in beverages, holding 49 % of Red Bull GmbH, with 3.2 million shares split in equal parts of 9.09 % among eleven shareholders, one of them Chalerm Yoovidhya, and with Chaleo Yoovidhya and Pavana Langthara as directors.^[6] KommAustria set out the same 49 % holding, as a paid-in share of ATS 245.000, in its 2020 ServusTV Deutschland licence.^[7] When Chalerm Yoovidhya moved his separate 2 % of Red Bull GmbH to the Geneva trustee FIDES Trustees SA in May 2025, the Austrian business magazine trend reported that the family's 49 % continues to be held through the Hong Kong company,^[8] and Bloomberg wrote that the Yoovidhya family still holds that stake through its Hong Kong holding company, valuing it at USD 27.9 billion.^[2] The two registers spell the name differently against the same number: Hong Kong writes T.C. Agrotrading Company Limited in one word and carries the business registration number 08316477,^[3][4] while the Austrian Firmenbuch and the KommAustria decisions write TC Agro Trading Company Ltd.^[1][6]
