The full KRS extract of Strauss Cafe Poland (KRS 0000083445, Dzial 1, wspolnicy) shows one shareholder record whose name was entered as ELITE INTERNATIONAL B.V. by wpis 9 of 7 June 2004 and struck by wpis 17 of 18 October 2007, which enters STRAUSS COFFEE B.V. on the same holding of all 2,000 shares: the same entity renamed. Added the Aliases row "Elite International B.V. | legal | nl | | 2007-10-18" and a second About paragraph explaining the rename and stating explicitly that Union Coffee Confectionery Group B.V., the holder struck out by the 2004 entry, is a separate legal entity and not an earlier name. Added two References rows: krs-pelny (the OdpisPelny JSON, locator "Dzial 1, wspolnicy; wpisy 9 i 17") and gleif-lei (the LEI record endpoint I read, which corroborates legal name Strauss Coffee B.V., KVK 24196661, an active ISSUED LEI and the Amsterdam seat at Prof. J.H. Bavincklaan 2). Identity, Relations and the existing lede are unchanged and re-verified: GLEIF's direct-parent endpoint still returns LEI 254900GBA9EK5FGVQA80, transliterated Strauss-Group Ltd, Petach Tikva. Unresolved: GLEIF carries no former names, so the Dutch date of the rename is unknown and only the Polish registration date of 18 October 2007 is given; the alias therefore has no `from`.. This is the current version.
