Strauss Coffee B.V. is a Dutch holding company of the Israeli Strauss Group through which the group holds its coffee businesses.^[1] It carries LEI 254900R6ZPERI77ZP102 and is registered in the Netherlands under Kamer van Koophandel number 24196661.^[2] The Polish court register records it as the holder of all shares in Strauss Cafe Poland, the Swadzim roaster behind the Pedro's, MK Cafe and Fort coffees.^[3] GLEIF names Strauss-Group Ltd of Petach Tikva as its direct parent.^[1]

The full Polish court extract carries the company under its former name: the shareholder entered on 7 June 2004 as ELITE INTERNATIONAL B.V. of the Netherlands is struck out and appears as STRAUSS COFFEE B.V. from the entry registered on 18 October 2007, the same holding of all 2,000 shares carried forward, so Elite International B.V. is this entity renamed and is recorded here as a legal alias ending on that date. The holder before it, Union Coffee Confectionery Group B.V., was struck out by the 2004 entry and is a separate legal entity, not an earlier name of this one.^[4] GLEIF gives the registered and head office as Prof. J.H. Bavincklaan 2 in Amsterdam, the LEI as issued and active and validated against Kamer van Koophandel number 24196661, and records no other or former names for the entity, which is why the Dutch date of the rename is unknown and only the Polish registration date of 18 October 2007 is given.^[5]
