The wrong `parent_org` to company/bc-partners is gone: BC Partners LLP only advises the funds, and the page now carries `parent_org` to company/bc-partners-holdings, sourced to the chain of controlled undertakings in the voting-rights notification Springer Nature published for BC Partners Holdings Limited on 9 October 2024 (new References row `eqspvr24`, the EQS release) and to the 2025 corporate governance statement. The missing `owned_by` is now there twice over: company/springer-science-business-media-gp-acquisition from the RCS filing of 2 August 2021, and the founding shareholder company/springer-science-business-media-gp from the registration on 1 July 2021 until that filing, both from the Luxembourg register file (new References row `ndssbmg`, North Data's RCS filings for B256711). Identity gained EUID:LURCSL.B256711 and a precise founding date, 2021-07-01; the summary now names the owner, and About gives the ordered chain and the 86.60 per cent figure with the GvH votes that are counted into it. Walked the chain to the top and created five company stubs, each with a summary, its register and notification references and its own ownership row: Springer Science+Business Media GP Acquisition (LU, RCS B176938, LEI 2221004BVXEVU7OKNN90), Springer Science+Business Media GP (LU, RCS B176885, the SCA's general partner), BC Partners Galileo Holdings (GG, LP021676), CIE Management IX (GG, 52062) and BC Partners Group Holdings (GG, 66552, GLEIF's direct child of BC Partners Holdings). The walk ends at the existing company/bc-partners-holdings page, which has no ownership row and no ownership_status of its own, so I put it on the cleanup queue rather than leaving the chain open. Two gaps for the operator, not for the page: the RCS filings of 20 December 2021 and 10 August 2022 list a second shareholder of SSBMG beside GP Acquisition SCA, 'Springer Science+Business Media Galileo Management', and I could not tie that name to a specific legal entity (the Berlin KG of nearly that name, HRA 59782 B, was terminated in May 2025), so no row was written for it; and SSBMG's register file shows a further 'Modification, Associate(s)' filed on 26 September 2025 whose content the free register view does not show. Springer Nature's filings spell the Guernsey partnership 'BC Partners Galileo Holding L.P.' while GLEIF's single matching record reads 'BC Partners Galileo Holdings L.P.'; the stub keeps both spellings and says so. No role exists for 'advises the funds of', so BC Partners LLP's advisory role stays in About rather than as a relation. | |
