Removed the sentence narrating the unsettled ownership and replaced it with the register facts: owned_by company/schwarz-produktion-beteiligung (SB Pro KG, renamed Schwarz Produktion Beteiligung KG on 2025-06-17, Stuttgart HRA 721461), limited partner since 2021-04-12 per the Stendal register notice (sourced), and parent_org company/schwarz-unternehmenstreuhand per the German Wikipedia article on the Schwarz-Gruppe (same pattern as company/lidl-stiftung). Created the stub company/schwarz-produktion-beteiligung with its former names and a derived parent_org; its own direct limited partner is unclear (SB Dienstleistung KG entered 2025-06-17, then a 2025-07-28 notice lists SB Dienstleistung KG and SB Produktion GmbH & Co. KG as no longer limited partners), so no owned_by there and it goes on the cleanup queue.
