The register notices settle the past owners but not the current one: North Data shows SB Dienstleistung KG entered as limited partner of SB Pro KG in place of Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG on 16 May 2018, and the notice of 28 July 2025 lists both SB Dienstleistung KG and SB Produktion GmbH & Co. KG as no longer limited partners. The full notice texts are behind North Data Premium, handelsregister.de is not fetchable, and GLEIF holds no LEI for these partnerships, so the current limited partner (possibly SB Produktion KG, HRA 742530, after the 23 July 2025 split-off, but no source says so) stays open. Added owned_by rows for the two former owners with until dates, kept parent_org Schwarz Unternehmenstreuhand (derived) with an updated note, split About into a lede and a history paragraph, and added References row northdata-sbpro-2018. Created stubs company/sb-dienstleistung (owned_by D. Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG since 4 Feb 2020, ref northdata-sbd) and company/schwarz-beteiligungs-kg (owned_by Schwarz Unternehmenstreuhand per the 2006 notice, ref northdata-sbkg); both chains reach existing pages up to Schwarz Unternehmenstreuhand.. Schwarz Produktion Beteiligung KG is a Neckarsulm partnership of the Schwarz group, entered at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRA 721461, whose registered object is trade in food and non-food goods and holding interests in companies of the Schwarz group.[^northdata-sbpro] It is the limited partner of Schwarz Produktion Stiftung & Co. KG, the group's manufacturing company in Weißenfels, entered there on 12 April 2021 under its former name SB Pro KG.[^northdata-schwarz] Its own limited partner from May 2018 was SB Dienstleistung KG, which replaced Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG;[^northdata-sbpro-2018] the register notice of 28 July 2025 lists SB Dienstleistung KG and SB Produktion GmbH & Co.
