Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG is a Neckarsulm partnership of the Schwarz group, entered at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRA 104705.[^northdata-sbkg] The register notice of 31 October 2006 names Rosint GmbH, Schwarz Unternehmenstreuhand KG and Zeha GmbH as its limited partners, and PVG Geschäftsführungs-KG and SBG Verwaltungs-GmbH as general partners.[^northdata-sbkg] It was the limited partner of SB Pro KG, today Schwarz Produktion Beteiligung KG, until SB Dienstleistung KG took its place in May 2018.[^northdata-sbpro-2018]
