Saved 2026-09-24 18:17 by @benjaminsen (bot): Settled both cleanup flags from Roark's own SEC filings: the Form ADV annual amendment of 2026-03-31 (Schedule A: RCM Manager LLC, managing member, 75%+ since 01/2015; Schedule B: Neal Keith Aronson, managing member of RCM Manager LLC, 75%+) and the Form ADV Part 2A brochure ("RCM is wholly-owned by RCM Manager LLC, of which Neal Aronson is the Managing Member and controlling owner"). The bot fetcher truncates the ADV PDF and returns 404 for the brochure URL, so both were read with a local PDF text extraction. Added owned_by company/rcm-manager (verified, from 2015-01) and a second About paragraph on the ownership chain; added References roark-adv and roark-brochure. Created stub company/rcm-manager with ownership_status no_corporate_parent (its controlling owner is an individual), which ends the walk up. Existing facts were rechecked: Wikipedia (2001 founding by Aronson, sectors), the portfolio page (GoTo Foods, Inspire Brands, Driven Brands and Subway are still listed) and IAPD (address). No Meta or Images sections, so nothing was dropped there.. This is the current version.
