Ownership is now relations rather than a sentence: owned_by company/orkla-food-ingredients from 2013-04-26 (Orkla bought the 69,900,380 shares through its wholly owned subsidiary Orkla Brands AS, which the register shows renamed ORKLA FOOD INGREDIENTS AS in January 2015), parent_org company/orkla, and a merged_into row to company/orkla-foods-norge as a relation, not an Identity field, so this page stays readable for the King Oscar former-owner row. Created the stub company/orkla-food-ingredients (org 911161419, LEI 529900NQ32W6QXO9X947, summary, three References rows of its own, owned_by company/orkla from GLEIF) to complete the walk up to Orkla, which already records no parent above it. Removed three pieces of research narration from About (the 1839-date caveat, the "no page of its own here" sentence and the untraced-organisation-number sentence), split About into a 118-word lede plus folded history, and added wikidata Q7333065 and dissolved 2013. New References rows: nowiki (Norwegian Wikipedia), snl (Store norske leksikon), orklabuy (Orkla, 20 Aug 2012), orklaclose (Orkla, 26 Apr 2013) and brregofi (Enhetsregisteret 911161419); the existing rieber, kowiki and brreg rows are kept and still cited. The food group's own organisation number is not recorded: register_ids stays empty. Aliases gained the Oslo Børs ticker RIE as a search alias and an until date on the legal name. Filing a cleanup flag on company/orkla-foods so it can carry the matching disambiguation line: its legal name ORKLA FOODS AS was this new company's legal name from 1995 to 2008. | |
