Pfizer Inc. is an American pharmaceutical and biotechnology company whose filings give its address as 66 Hudson Boulevard East in Manhattan and its state of incorporation as Delaware, under EIN 13-5315170.[^sec] Two cousins from Ludwigsburg, Charles Pfizer and Charles F.
