Dropped the research-narration sentence at the end of About (the flag was right; the PRH record for 1459878-7 carries no address, so registered_address and the GS1 prefix stay empty and unexplained). Duplicate check: company/panda and company/orkla-suomi are two legal entities, business ID 1459878-7 against 0205117-8, and the shared name is the auxiliary business name Panda that the survivor registered on 31 December 2013; About now says so and the merged_into row stays a relation, not an Identity redirect, because the old company is searched in its own right. Owner: an archived Felix Abba press release of 26 May 2005 names Felix Abba Oy Ab (business ID 0640964-0), a unit of the Orkla group, as the buyer and MB Rahastot with Panda's senior management as the sellers, so the file now carries owned_by company/felix-abba and keeps parent_org company/orkla, both verified from that release; a new company/felix-abba stub carries the register identity, its own parent_org to company/orkla and the 2013 succession to Orkla Foods Finland Oy, and company/orkla already records that it has no parent above it, so the walk up is complete. Two things stay off the page: MB Rahastot is a set of five funds rather than a single registered company, so it is named in About but gets no stub, and no source read here names the direct registered shareholder of Felix Abba Oy Ab, so that stub carries parent_org rather than owned_by.. Oy Panda Ab was the Finnish company that made Panda liquorice and chocolate at the Vaajakoski factory in Jyväskylä. The trade register entered it on 27 February 1998 as Profipri Oy and recorded the names Oy Panda Ab and Panda suklaatehdas on 8 November 2000, when the factory's management and the private equity investor MB Rahastot bought the Panda business back from the Norwegian Rieber & Søn ASA.[^prh-panda][^panda-story] Felix Abba Oy Ab, the Orkla group's Finnish food company, announced its purchase of the company on 26 May 2005, when Panda turned over almost 52 million euro and employed about 300 people.[^felix-pr] It ceased on 31 December 2013, merged into the Åland snack maker Chips Ab.[^prh-panda][^wikipedia-fi]
