About now says in plain words that no company stands above PAI Partners: the firm has been owned by its partners since the 2001 management buy-out (its own Who we are page), and GLEIF publishes NO_KNOWN_PERSON reporting exceptions for both the direct and the ultimate accounting consolidation parent of LEI 969500XOAAVI9Y0USC54, so no Relations row is possible or needed and the walk up from company/european-pizza-group now stops with an answer. Data-quality fix: the SIREN the page carried, 414946913, belongs to a namesake company the French register shows as struck off on 7 November 2006; the live entity is SIREN 443837331 (register name PAI PARTNERS HOLDING, GLEIF legal name PAI PARTNERS, seat 23 rue de la Paix, Paris 2e, headed by PAI's own managing partner and CFO), so register_ids and founded (2002-10-15) now point there and the old number and its closure are explained in About's last paragraph. PAI Partners is a French private-equity firm with its head office at 23 rue de la Paix in Paris, investing in market-leading companies in Europe and North America out of flagship and mid-market buyout funds that have raised about 39 billion euro of capital.[^paiwho] No company stands above it: the firm has been owned by its partners since it became independent in a management buy-out in 2001,[^paiwho] and the global LEI register gives "no known person" as the reason it reports neither a direct nor an ultimate parent.[^gleifdirect][^gleifultimate] Its French company is registered in Paris under SIREN 443837331 and holds the LEI 969500XOAAVI9Y0USC54.[^frsiren443][^gleif] In August 2021 it agreed to buy Tropicana, Naked and other juice brands from PepsiCo and became the majority shareholder of the resulting joint venture, Tropicana Brands Group.[^pai2021]
