Ownership: the SOGC publication of 5 July 2019 (journal 25704 of 2 July 2019) names Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH, Zug (CHE-102.489.960) as sole Gesellschafterin with 50,000 quota shares of CHF 100, so owned_by company/kraft-foods-schweiz-holding at sourced from 2019-07-02, with the struck holder Mondelez Schweiz GmbH kept as an ended row until the same date; the derived parent_org row is now verified on Exhibit 21.1 to the Mondelez International Form 10-K for 2025, which lists the company under Switzerland. Both owner pages and the whole chain above (kraft-foods-schweiz-holding -> mondelez-nederland-services -> mondelez-international, which carries ownership_status: no_corporate_parent) already exist, so no stub was created and the walk up is complete. Identity gained the required summary, registered_address Lindbergh-Allee 1, 8152 Glattpark (Opfikon), country CH and register_ids CH-UID:CHE-114.538.944 plus CH-HR:CH-020.4.038.743-2 (the register XML code13 CH02040387432 rendered the way company/mondelez-schweiz renders its own), and a disambiguation that separates this company from the domestic sales company. Added an Establishments office row for the registered seat and two French/Italian legal aliases from the register translations field. The two pieces of research narration are gone: the old relations note and the closing About sentence about what had not been researched. About is now a 126-word lede plus a history paragraph covering the 2019 swap in which the two Opfikon companies traded places (four weeks later the same register moved Mondelez Schweiz GmbH and its 198,001 quota shares under this company), the 21 February 2025 entry that confirms name, seat, address and capital of CHF 5,000,000 are current, and the pack fact that was already here. I also added no distributes row for brand/milka: the register purpose confines this company to travel retail and export markets and the pack names Conaxess Trade Switzerland AG as the actual Swiss distributor, so a CH distribution row would overstate what the source says..
