Metcash Limited is an Australian wholesaler and service provider to independent retailers in food, liquor and hardware, listed on the ASX as MTS and headquartered in Macquarie Park, Sydney.[^wikimetcash] Its divisions are Food, Liquor (Australian Liquor Marketers) and Hardware (Total Tools and Hardware Group), and it licenses banners it owns, including IGA, Home Hardware, Mitre 10, Total Tools, Cellarbrations and Thirsty Camel, to independently owned stores.[^wikimetcash] Its private labels include Black & Gold and Community Co,[^wikimetcash] the latter launched by Metcash Supermarkets for IGA stores from December 2016.[^cstore] The company has no parent: in the LEI register it reports that no other entity consolidates it in its accounts, either as direct or as ultimate parent.[^gleif-parent][^gleif-direct]
