KG' and 2019-10-14 name 'MEG Weissenfels GmbH & Co. KG', so the three legal names are now dated aliases (the pre-2009 Handels- und Verwaltungsgesellschaft form until 2009-01-27), plus ASCII search aliases and 'MEG Gruppe'. OWNER: the About no longer says the owner could not be established. A new Relations row states owned_by company/schwarz-produktion, global, from 2020-07-07, sourced, citing ^northdata-meg. The flag's caveat that the legal-form step is unevidenced is resolved: Schwarz Produktion's own register page (new ref ^northdata-schwarz) records the change GmbH & Co. KG -> Stiftung & Co. KG on 2021-06-24, and the 07/07/2020 event appears on both register pages. What remains open is the shareholder chain, recorded in the row note and About rather than smoothed over: North Data lists PHO G GmbH & Co. KG (Stendal HRA 2862) as a shareholder in filings up to 2025 and as the parent that consolidated MEG's accounts to 29-02-2020, and GLEIF files no parent, giving a reporting exception whose reason is NO_LEI (new ref ^gleif-parent) - which is why the earlier review found nothing there.
