The December 2017 contribution agreement (traité d'apport, §1.1.4), filed at the Colmar register and quoted on the archived Pappers page, states that Wrigley French Holding SAS, the receiving company, is a subsidiary of the contributor, Mars Nederland B.V. The company is still a single-shareholder SAS, so Mars Nederland B.V. is the direct owner. No parent_org row was added: Mars Nederland already carries parent_org Mars, Incorporated (GLEIF), so the walk up reaches the top of the group. The earlier flag said GLEIF has no LEI; it does. LEI 54930003JD2TP2IWAE81 is lapsed since 2015 and registered under the old name, and it carries no parent data. It is now in register_ids. The summary now names the owner, and About gives the 2017 contribution of Masterfoods Holding shares. References added: pappers-mfh-wb (Wayback copy of the Pappers page, 14 July 2024, carrying the filed-act excerpts) and gleif-mfh. The 2017 act establishes that it was a subsidiary then, with no later transfer seen; the current RBE is restricted, so the from date is left blank.. This is the current version.

Mars French Holding SAS is a holding company of the Mars group, registered under SIREN 499 276 913 with holding-company activity (NAF 64.20Z) and its seat on the boulevard des Chenâts at Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel near Orléans.[^rne-mfh] It is a subsidiary of Mars Nederland B.V., the group's Dutch company at Veghel,[^pappers-mfh-wb] and the sole shareholder of Mars Wrigley Confectionery France, the group's chocolate company at Haguenau.[^ljde-mwcf]
The company was registered on 2 July 2007 at Biesheim in Alsace as Wrigley French Holding SAS, the French holding of the Wrigley chewing-gum business; its LEI was issued under that name.[^gleif-mfh] In December 2017, in an intra-group reorganisation, Mars Nederland B.V. contributed its shares in Masterfoods Holding SAS of Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel to the company in exchange for new shares, bringing its capital to €53,476,396.33.[^pappers-mfh-wb] By decision of its sole shareholder on 14 December 2020 it took the name Mars French Holding SAS and moved its seat to Saint-Denis-de-l'Hôtel, transferring from the Colmar to the Orléans trade register; it is a single-shareholder SAS.[^pappers-mfh]
