Indau, S.à r.l. is the Luxembourg holding company of the Daurella Comadrán branch of the family behind Cobega, S.A., the Barcelona company that stands at the head of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners' largest shareholder. It owns all of Begindau, S.L.U. of Barcelona, which holds 34.95 % of Cobega, and CCEP records the same look-through interest, 7.4890 % of its own issued share capital, for Indau and for Begindau; both, it says, are pure holding companies whose main assets are shares in Cobega, and Begindau is ultimately fully controlled by Sol Daurella. Indau is itself one of the corporate directors of Olive Partners, S.A., represented by Sol Daurella Comadrán.[^ccep-agm-2026]
