Haleon plc is a British multinational consumer healthcare company headquartered in Weybridge, England, whose brands include Sensodyne toothpaste, Panadol and Advil painkillers and Centrum vitamins.[^wikipedia-haleon] It is registered in England under number 13691224 and was created on 20 October 2021 as DRVW 2022 Limited; its Legal Entity Identifier record reports no direct or ultimate accounting parent, giving natural persons as the reason.[^gleif-haleon] The company was established on 18 July 2022 as a spin-off from GSK and is listed on the London Stock Exchange, where it is a FTSE 100 member, with a secondary listing in New York.[^wikipedia-haleon]
