About Haleon

Haleon plc is a British multinational consumer healthcare company headquartered in Weybridge, England, whose brands include Sensodyne toothpaste, Panadol and Advil painkillers and Centrum vitamins.[1] It is registered in England under number 13691224 and was created on 20 October 2021 as DRVW 2022 Limited; its Legal Entity Identifier record reports no direct or ultimate accounting parent, giving natural persons as the reason.[2] The company was established on 18 July 2022 as a spin-off from GSK and is listed on the London Stock Exchange, where it is a FTSE 100 member, with a secondary listing in New York.[1]

It grew out of the consumer healthcare joint venture GSK and Pfizer formed in 2019, in which GSK held just over two thirds. GSK cut its holding to 4.2% by January 2024, and Pfizer sold its last shares in March 2025. Haleon sold Lamisil in 2023 and ChapStick in 2024, and in April 2024 announced that it would close its Sensodyne factory in Maidenhead and move that production to Slovakia.[1]
