The closing "Two questions stay open" paragraph is gone whole — the licensee of prefix 4027900 stays recorded on company/fuchs-gruppe, which already carries it as `gs1_prefixes_inferred`, and the website and Wikidata sentences were an account of the research — as is the clause "and the page therefore states no founding date"; the paragraph that opened "GS1 prefix 4027900 is deliberately not claimed for this company" is rewritten to carry only its sourced findings. Settling the flagged HRB 110104 point corrected a fact: both deleted Dissen companies of the name Fuchs Gewürze GmbH sat at Industriestraße 25, so the earlier claim that HRB 110863 is "the one the register puts at the Industriestraße 25 address they print" was wrong. HRB 110104 was TEUTO Service GmbH at that address until its shareholders' meeting of 8 March 2018 gave it the name freed by HRB 110863's merger into this company, published 3 April 2018 (new References row `ohr-104`); About now states both and attributes the retailer sheets to the pair rather than to either. North Data's event dates match the online-handelsregister announcements of 23 March 2009, 29 March 2018 and 31 August 2021 exactly, which shows them to be Bekanntmachung dates: 5 April 2006 (first entry, ohr Stammdaten) and 7 August 2006 (North Data) are the entry and the publication of one registration, not a disagreement, so Identity now carries `founded: 2006` and About gives both dates. Added the spin-off agreed 19 August 2025 that carried part of the company into Fuchs Holztechnik GmbH, effective with the entry on this sheet on 30 September 2025 (new References row `nd-holz`). Re-fetched and re-dated `ohr-kg`, `nd-fuchs-kg`, `ohr-863` and `fshop` to 2026-09-21 — the group shop still prints "Fuchs GmbH & Co. KG, DE-49021 Dissen" as Hersteller of 4027900247614 — and added a `Fuchs GmbH` search alias. Cleanup filed on company/fuchs-gruppe, whose About recounts which barcode lookup services refused the prefix query and that no list of the group's factories was found, and on company/fuchs-gewurze, where "the same day" attaches the 27 August 2021 resolution to the 15 September 2021 publication. | |

The claim that German retailer data sheets under prefix 4027900 name Fuchs Gewurze GmbH (HRB 110889, company/fuchs-gewurze) as Inverkehrbringer is removed: HRB 110889 was TEUTO Markenvertrieb GmbH for the whole of its time at Industriestrasse 25 and took the Fuchs Gewurze name only by resolution of 27 August 2021 (published 22 September 2021), after moving to Dieter-Fuchs-Strasse 10, so the name the sheets print at Industriestrasse 25 / 49198 Dissen belongs to one of the two deleted Dissen companies, HRB 110863 (merged into this company under the agreement of 8 March 2018 - its own predecessor, as the first paragraph already recorded) or HRB 110104 (merged into DF World of Spices GmbH on 27 August 2021); the About now names those two instead. Prefix 4027900 is still deliberately unclaimed here and still only inferred on company/fuchs-gruppe. New registry evidence from the company's own register sheet (new ref ohr-kg, HRA 110690): the 2018 merger announcement of 29 March 2018 lists five transferring companies, not four - Fuchs Gewurze Produktion GmbH (HRB 21682) was missing and is added, and the other four now carry their HRB numbers; the registered address was Industriestrasse 25 until the change published 31 August 2021, which is added as registered_address plus a new Establishments office row. Added the missing Identity summary. No founded date is stated, and About now says why: the sheet opens in 2006 with the change of legal form from Fuchs GmbH, and the two aggregators date that entry 5 April 2006 and 7 August 2006 differently. References added: ohr-kg, ohr-889, ohr-863, ohr-874 (online-handelsregister.de register sheets, all fetched today) and combi (the combi.de data sheet that actually prints the Inverkehrbringer block quoted). fshop and fshop-salat were re-fetched today and still name Fuchs GmbH & Co. KG as Hersteller, so their accessed dates move to 2026-09-20; nd-fuchs-kg aborted from the fetch service today and keeps its 2026-09-14 date and its facts. Relations and Aliases are unchanged. Unresolved and named in the last About paragraph: nobody sources the licensee of prefix 4027900, and which of the two deleted Fuchs Gewurze companies the sheets describe is not settled - HRB 110863 is the one the register puts at Industriestrasse 25, but HRB 110104's seat could not be read today (its online-handelsregister slug 503s and its North Data page aborted), so no choice is asserted. | Diff |
