About Fuchs

Fuchs GmbH & Co. KG is the company of the Fuchs Gruppe that signs the group's Fuchs-branded retail spices. It is entered at Amtsgericht Osnabrück under HRA 110690, where the register shows it as active, and seated at Dieter-Fuchs-Straße 10 in Dissen am Teutoburger Wald; its registered address was Industriestraße 25 in the same town until the change published on 31 August 2021.^[1] Fuchs Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is its general partner and the group holding — DF World of Spices GmbH at the 2006 registration, DF World of Spices SE today — its limited partner.^[2] The group's own shop names "Fuchs GmbH & Co. KG, DE-49021 Dissen" as the manufacturer of the Fuchs retail articles it sells, among them Petersilie gerebelt 4027900247614 and Salatkräuter gerebelt 4027900117818.^[3][4]

The HRA 110690 sheet opens with the change of legal form from the older Fuchs GmbH, which it dates to 2006: online-handelsregister.de gives 5 April 2006 as the first entry, and North Data carries the registration under the new name in the publication of 7 August 2006.^[1][2] On 29 March 2018 the register published the company's absorption, under a merger agreement of 8 March 2018, of five Dissen companies at once: Fuchs Gewürze GmbH (HRB 110863), Fuchs Gewürze Produktion GmbH (HRB 21682), Fuchs ...die feine Küche GmbH (HRB 202380), Fuchs Industrietechnik GmbH (HRB 110876) and TEUTO Versand GmbH (HRB 110918).^[1] A spin-off agreed on 19 August 2025 carried a part of the company into Fuchs Holztechnik GmbH of Dissen and took effect with the entry on this company's register sheet on 30 September 2025.^[2][5]

Two deleted Dissen companies carried the name Fuchs Gewürze GmbH at Industriestraße 25. HRB 110863 traded under it there until this company absorbed it: the register entered the merger on 29 March 2018 and struck the company on 3 April 2018.^[6] HRB 110104 sat at the same address as TEUTO Service GmbH until its shareholders' meeting of 8 March 2018 gave it the freed name and the trade in spices, herbs and foodstuffs as its purpose, published on 3 April 2018; it merged into the group holding DF World of Spices GmbH under an agreement of 27 August 2021, entered on 15 September 2021.^[7][8] German retailer data sheets that print "Fuchs Gewürze GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 49198 Dissen a.T.W." as the Inverkehrbringer of Fuchs articles^[9] therefore name one of those two rather than the active company of the name: HRB 110889 traded as TEUTO Markenvertrieb GmbH throughout its years at Industriestraße 25 and took the name Fuchs Gewürze GmbH only by a shareholders' resolution of 27 August 2021, published on 22 September 2021, after it had moved to Dieter-Fuchs-Straße 10.^[10]
