Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is a vertically integrated producer, marketer and distributor of fresh, fresh-cut and prepared fruit and vegetables, selling in more than 90 countries and marketing worldwide under the Del Monte brand.[^fdp-close] On 19 March 2026 it completed the purchase of select assets of Del Monte Foods Corporation II Inc. for about USD 285 million in a court-supervised sale under Section 363 of the US Bankruptcy Code, taking global ownership of the Del Monte brand subject to the licensing arrangements already in force; the company states it is not affiliated with Del Monte Asia Pte. Ltd.[^fdp-close] That purchase is why brand/del-monte names this company as its owner.
