Felix Abba Oy Ab (0640964-0) existed from 1986 to 2013. Orkla Foods Finland Oy (0203602-3) took the Felix Abba name on 31 March 2013, the day 0640964-0 ceased. Orkla Suomi (0205117-8), the former Chips Ab, has held these names as auxiliary names since 2023. The About now says this, and I added a `merged_into company/orkla-foods-finland` row at status `derived`, based on that same-day hand-over in the register; no source states the legal mechanism. **owner_unknown:** the direct registered shareholder could not be settled. Note 10 in Orkla's 2010 annual report lists only Orkla ASA's directly owned subsidiaries, and Felix Abba is not among them. The report's group directory lists Felix Abba under Orkla Foods Fenno-Baltic as an indirectly owned subsidiary. Orkla's 2002 report says it came with Procordia Food from Volvo in 1995, but no source names the intermediate holding company, so the `parent_org company/orkla` row (1995 to 2013) stays as the ultimate-parent relation and I added no `owned_by`. Other changes: rewrote the summary and disambiguation to carry the business ID and to separate this company from the other two pages. Added the missing auxiliary names from the register (Marco-California, Lahden Vientikerma, Delicant, Ligno Tech Finland, and the Swedish parallel name Åbo Fisk). Added the 2002 revenue figure and the 2010 Kalev purchase. Removed the postal box from the lede. Felix Abba Oy Ab was the Finnish food company of the Norwegian Orkla group, based in Turku and selling in Finland and the Baltic states under the marks Felix, Vesta, Abba, Ekströms, FunLight, Jacky, Möller, Risifrutti and Grandiosa; in 2004 it turned over almost 100 million euro and employed about 550 people.[^felix-pr] The trade register carried it under business ID 0640964-0 from 19 November 1986, first as OY Felix AB and from 31 December 1991 as Felix Abba Oy Ab, after Abba Oy and Oy Felix Ab were merged.[^prh][^wikipedia-orkla-suomi] Orkla acquired it in 1995 together with the Swedish food company Procordia Food.[^orkla-ar-2002][^wikipedia-orkla-suomi]
Orkla ASA held the company through other group companies: its 2010 annual report lists only directly owned subsidiaries in the parent company's note on shares, and shows Felix Abba Oy Ab, Box 683, FI-20361 Åbo, in the group directory of the most important indirectly owned ones, heading Orkla Foods Fenno-Baltic beside the Lahti plant, Oy Panda Ab at Vaajakoski, AS Kalev Chocolate Factory, AS Põltsamaa Felix, SIA Spilva and UAB Suslavicius-Felix.[^orkla-ar-2010] In 2002 Felix Abba reported operating revenues of 74 million euro.[^orkla-ar-2002] It announced its purchase of the confectionery maker Oy Panda Ab on 26 May 2005, and on 4 May 2010 agreed to take over all the shares in Kalev Chocolate Factory of Estonia.[^felix-pr][^orkla-kalev] Its auxiliary business names, from Marco-California in 1987 to Ligno Tech Finland in 2009, and the Swedish parallel name Åbo Fisk ended with the company on 31 March 2013.[^prh]
It is a different legal person from the two companies that later carried its name. On 31 March 2013 the Felix Abba Oy Ab name passed to business ID 0203602-3, which was renamed Orkla Foods Finland Oy on 1 October 2013 and ceased on 1 March 2023, the day Orkla Suomi Finland Oy Ab (0205117-8), the former Chips Ab, took over its auxiliary names, Felix Abba among them; Panda passed to Chips Ab in the same 2013 reorganisation.[^prh-felix][^wikipedia-orkla-suomi]
