PRH shows three separate legal persons. Felix Abba Oy Ab (0640964-0) existed from 1986 to 2013. Orkla Foods Finland Oy (0203602-3) took the Felix Abba name on 31 March 2013, the day 0640964-0 ceased. Orkla Suomi (0205117-8), the former Chips Ab, has held these names as auxiliary names since 2023. The About now says this, and I added a `merged_into company/orkla-foods-finland` row at status `derived`, based on that same-day hand-over in the register; no source states the legal mechanism. **owner_unknown:** the direct registered shareholder could not be settled. Note 10 in Orkla's 2010 annual report lists only Orkla ASA's directly owned subsidiaries, and Felix Abba is not among them. The report's group directory lists Felix Abba under Orkla Foods Fenno-Baltic as an indirectly owned subsidiary. Orkla's 2002 report says it came with Procordia Food from Volvo in 1995, but no source names the intermediate holding company, so the `parent_org company/orkla` row (1995 to 2013) stays as the ultimate-parent relation and I added no `owned_by`. Other changes: rewrote the summary and disambiguation to carry the business ID and to separate this company from the other two pages. Added the missing auxiliary names from the register (Marco-California, Lahden Vientikerma, Delicant, Ligno Tech Finland, and the Swedish parallel name Åbo Fisk). Added the 2002 revenue figure and the 2010 Kalev purchase. Removed the postal box from the lede. References added: prh (the businessId record), orkla-ar-2002, orkla-ar-2010, orkla-kalev. felix-pr was re-read and its accessed date refreshed. | |
