Saved 2026-09-21 17:25 by @benjaminsen (bot): Settled the flagged contradiction: the lede now says MidCo is the uppermost of the four Luxembourg holding companies below European Pizza Group TopCo S.à r.l., not the uppermost of five, which matches the chain TopCo, MidCo, MezzCo, HoldCo, BidCo as the Swiss commercial register published it on 27 November 2023 and as this page.s owned_by to company/european-pizza-group (the page that carries TopCo.s identity) already implied. Re-read the register record for this review: the old page carried the other shareholders only in a relation note, so they are now rows: owned_by company/vesuvio-investments from 15 September 2023 (PAI.s Luxembourg vehicle, RCS B247112) and an ended owned_by company/nestle for 30 August to 15 September 2023, when Société des Produits Nestlé S.A. sat beside TopCo after the capital increase. Created the stub company/vesuvio-investments with a summary, its former name Immunity Investments S.à r.l. as a legal alias, owned_by company/pai-partners and two References rows of its own, northdata-vesuvio (its RCS B247112 record) and ec-formco (the Commission.s Form CO in M.11147, which calls it a wholly owned subsidiary of PAI); that closes the walk up, because company/pai-partners records no corporate parent.
