Added a Relations section: owned_by company/emi-group-newco (sourced from EMI Group Limited's persons-with-significant-control entry, which names EMI Group (Newco) Limited, registration 07800879, as holding 75% or more of the shares and voting rights and the right to appoint and remove directors, notified 6 April 2016) and parent_org company/universal-music-group from 28 September 2012. Walked the register up and created three company stubs, each with its own owned_by: company/emi-group-newco (07800879), company/emi-group-worldwide-holdings (06226803, formerly Maltby Acquisitions Limited, with Vivendi S.A. as the ceased controller until 13 February 2020) and company/universal-music-holdings (05344517, Vivendi SE ceased 21 September 2021). Not on the page: Wikidata still gives Maltby Capital Limited (dissolved 2018) as owner of Q63341202, which the current PSC filings contradict; and EMI's 2007-2012 owners Terra Firma and Citigroup held it above EMI Group Worldwide Holdings rather than as its registered shareholder, so recording them would need their own pages.. EMI, registered as EMI Group Limited, is a British music and electronics group that Universal Music Group has owned since 28 September 2012.[^wiki-emi] Electric and Musical Industries Ltd was formed in March 1931 by the merger of the Columbia Graphophone Company with the Gramophone Company; EMI merged with Thorn Electrical Industries in October 1979 to form Thorn EMI, demerged from Thorn in 1996 and was divided and sold in 2012, its recorded music going to Universal Music Group and EMI Music Publishing to a Sony-led consortium.[^wiki-emi] Its labels included EMI Records, Parlophone, Virgin Records and Capitol Records.[^wiki-emi] The registration is still active and files as a head-office company in London.[^ch-emi]
