Added a References row `northdata` (North Data register page for Bielefeld HRB 38574, read 2026-09-14) and kept the existing `krs` row. Identity now carries register_ids DE-HRB:Bielefeld 38574 and EUID:DER2101.HRB38574, founded 2004 (the registration publication of 20 Aug 2004), and a disambiguation naming the company's role instead of only its Polish holding. Relations gained the missing owned_by row to company/dr-august-oetker-kg, status sourced, with a note listing the four shareholder publications (19 Jun 2026, 4 Jul 2025, 11 Nov 2024, 27 Jul 2020) and saying the register does not publish when the shareholding began, so the row carries no `from`. Aliases record the two former legal names the same page shows, Onken Holding GmbH (until the renaming published 22 Dec 2006) and MNRH Niederrhein Vertrieb GmbH (from 2004). About was rewritten: a lede with the registered object, the Bielefeld seat at Lutterstrasse 14 and the KG as shareholder, keeping the KRS fact that it holds all 10.734 shares of Dr.Oetker Polska, plus a history paragraph with the Kleve HRB 6298 origin in Moers, the seat move to Bielefeld, the Onken GmbH control agreement (2004 to 2006) and the 2019 profit-transfer and control agreement with Dr. August Oetker Finanzierungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH. Removed the old self-referential sentence saying the register number, seat and owner were not looked up: all three are now sourced. Unresolved: the register publishes no date for when the shareholding moved between Dr. August Oetker KG and the Finanzierungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH (lists of 2011-2013 name the latter, a 2011 entry the former), so no historic owned_by row was written and the gap is stated in About; no stub was created for the Finanzierungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH because North Data's own name events for it are inconsistent (a 2014 event renames it 'Dr. N.N. Finanzierungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH'), which would make its key a guess. No website, GLN or GS1 prefix is published for this holding company.. This is the current version.
