The commercial register gives its object as the support, coordination and strategic management of the business activities of the group's food companies in Germany and abroad, and the development of business in new markets; it is entered at the Amtsgericht Bielefeld under HRB 38574 (EUID DER2101.HRB38574) and sits at Lutterstraße 14, 33617 Bielefeld, the address of the group holding Dr. August Oetker KG.^[1] That KG is its registered shareholder, named in the shareholder lists published on 19 June 2026, 4 July 2025, 11 November 2024 and 27 July 2020.^[1] The Polish commercial register in turn names this company as the sole shareholder of Dr.Oetker Polska sp. z o.o., holding all 10.734 shares that make up its 353.075.749,58 zł capital.^[2]

The same legal entity was first published on 20 August 2004 as MNRH Niederrhein Vertrieb GmbH, seated in Moers and entered at the Amtsgericht Kleve under HRB 6298; it was renamed Onken Holding GmbH, moved its seat to Bielefeld in January 2006, and took its present name and object with the shareholder resolution published on 22 December 2006.^[1] A profit-transfer and control agreement with Onken GmbH, published on 30 November 2004, was ended in a publication of 18 January 2006, and a further profit-transfer and control agreement, with Dr. August Oetker Finanzierungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH, was published on 31 July 2019 with no publication ending it.^[1] The shareholder lists published between 20 January 2011 and 24 January 2013 named that same Finanzierungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH as shareholder, while an entry of 5 October 2011 records a shareholding of Dr. August Oetker KG: the register does not publish when the holding passed between the two group companies, so only the current shareholder is stated as a relation. Its annual report for 2011 listed 19 shareholdings, among them Dr.Oetker Polska, whose shareholding was published on 9 December 2009.^[1]
