Filed a cleanup flag on company/fuchs-gruppe: its parent_org row repeats the same mis-citation, attributing the 10 % to DF Family Trust on the strength of fuchsgruppe.com. North Data also lists the Stiftung in Bundesanzeiger annual-report publications of DF World of Spices SE dated 26 May 2025 and 17 September 2026; the reports themselves were not read, so nothing from them is on the page. | |

Added the official registry source: the Stiftungsverzeichnis of the Amt fuer regionale Landesentwicklung Weser-Ems (Stand 23.09.2025) lists the foundation as number 09 (036), recognised on 23 September 2002, so `founded` is now the exact date and the directory carries the register id. Set Identity `ownership_status: no_corporate_parent` with `ownership_source: ^arl-sv`, and About states the evidence: a rechtsfaehige Stiftung des buergerlichen Rechts has no members or shareholders and answers to the state supervisory authority, as its own Impressum and the Weser-Ems directory record.
