KG (general partner Zertus Proxima Geschäftsführungs-GmbH, limited partner ZERTUS GmbH) — the vehicle that took the business over when Unilever sold it on 5 March 2005 — and moved to Krefeld under HRA 5271 in June 2005 with Dextro Energy Geschäftsführungs-GmbH as general partner. About now tells the 1927 lineage as the line's history and the 2005 register facts as the company's, and Zertus Proxima GmbH & Co.
